Participate in training on Customer’s Project management tools and procedures.
Utilize Customer’s standards, methodologies, processes, and procedures.
Identify requirements and request resources from Customer business teams, IT Team, and other suppliers for activities needed to complete projects with dependencies.
Create and maintain detailed Project Plans (Work Breakdown Structure) for the project and submit to Customer on weekly basis for review.
Support Customer approval processes for project related requests and deliverables.
Support project estimation in collaboration with Customer as requested.
Manage the project in accordance with the approved Project management methodology and framework, including communication plans and Project governance, including specified quality,time, and budget constraints.
Track Project progress and publish periodic status reports.
Develop, maintain, update, and implement the project documentation repository in accordance with Customer’s requirements.
Manage and perform appropriate stakeholder management and communication activities for the project.
Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation
to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed, i.e., perform manual static testing.
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
Participate in the Change Control Board to identify the quality implications of known bugs and the impact of proposed changes to product definition on the testing process.
Work with the Release Engineering team to create and maintain an automated nightly build verification (smoke”) test.
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
Document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
Update test execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly scheduled test status updates.
Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks.
Assist the Test Manager in the creation of test project status reports and metrics (e.g., Test Dashboard).
Power platform Architect-Microsoft 365 (Bilingual preferred)
At least 15 years of experience in Open-Source technology such as Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Workflow tools such as Camunda, open-source reports such as Jasper, Microservices, Integration, database (MS SQL), CI/CD in Kubernetes, Dockers, Python, Angular
Have experienced as development as a technical consultant
Have experience in Project lead and stake holder management
Participated in development of couple of larger projects in open-source technology stack
Business Japanese language proficiency (Native Japanese or at least JLPT N2 certification is preferred)
Working Knowledge of English for interaction with team members from different teams and regions is desired
Have experienced working with offshore/distributed delivery teams and have lead few projects in this model.

Oversee data strategy project teams with resources specializing in businessanalysis, technology architecture and data management considering AWS Cloud platform
Work with client leadership to identify and set their objectives of the data strategy engagement,align on the scope and approach for meeting these objectives, and lead the execution of the engagement to meet these objectives
